Maggie Turns 7

Maggie turned 7 on Thursday, August 18th.  We started her special day by taking her to her first day of school.  After school, we met Henry for an early dinner and opening a few small presents at Maggie's choice, Cracker Barrel.  We drove home and walked in the door just in time for a summer storm.  Had Henry driven home his normal way, he would have most likely been one of the many people whose car windows were broken out from the hail that night.

Maggie was struggling with the upcoming move and missing her friends from Blair.  So Friday after school, she had some friends over to help her celebrate her birthday and to tell them goodbye.

Saturday, we celebrated as a family.  Mom, Dad, and Jake came up.  Maggie got her big present after a fun scavenger hunt put together by Henry.  I have videos, but they are long and I talk too much in them.  :)  Then we had cake and ice cream.
